Responsibilities

• Posting of accounting records, issuance of invoices, accounting data entry and VAT preparation
• Calculation of common expenses for our under-management properties
• Reconciliation of accounts (Banks, Customers, Suppliers)
• Agree Inter-company balances
• Carry out any other tasks in line with the accounting duties
• Report to the company’s financial controller

• Be highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Requirements

• LCCI Higher, CAT qualification, or equivalent
• Working experience 3-6 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of English
• Microsoft office
• Experience on the accounting of property management (commons) will be considered as an advantage
