D. Zavos Group Supports Theotokos Foundation

As part of the D. Zavos Group Corporate Social Responsibility activities, and its commitment to giving back to the community in which it operates, the company has made a charitable donation of a Mercedes V-Class car to the Theotokos Foundation.

The Theotokos Foundation, located in Limassol, is a non-governmental, non-profit charitable organization which provides specialized services and support to people with mental and profound learning disabilities, as well as to their families. The Foundation, which was established in 1969 upon the initiative by a local pediatrician, offers programs for early intervention and special education, and provides daily care, art workshops and supportive and protected living conditions.

The vehicle donated by the D. Zavos Group will help the Theotokos Foundation provide safe and comfortable transportation for its members. It was presented by Founder and Chairman of the D. Zavos Group, Mr. Demetrakis Zavos, who praised the Foundation for their contribution to society and the wonderful work they have done to provide people with disabilities on the island a chance at a happy, healthy and productive life.
